Peace Ayisi-Okyere

Board Chair

Peace Ayisi-Okyere is the board chairperson for Injaro Investment Advisors Limited. She is on the board of Fan Milk Ltd and was previously employed as Non-Executive Director by Barclays Bank of Ghana Ltd., Non-Executive Director by Export Development & Investment Fund, Non-Executive Director by Ghana Post Co. Ltd., Non-Executive Director by Ghana Reinsurance Co. Ltd., and Executive Director by The African Development Bank. She holds a BSc. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MBA from Babson College in USA.

Jerry Parkes

Managing Director

Jerry is the Managing Director of Injaro Investment Advisors. Prior to Injaro, he was a Director at a UK-based fund manager and activist private equity investor. In this role, he managed a £30m portfolio of SMEs and his responsibilities included engaging with senior management to seek actively the improved performance of their businesses. His previous experience spans consulting and investment banking with firms such asAccenture, Merrill Lynch, UBS and Technoserve, where he advised Ghanaian entrepreneurs on strategy and business development. He has completed transactions ranging in size from US$30mn to US$0.6bn and has co-authored a business case that formed part of the Private Equity in Emerging Markets curriculum at theWharton School. Jerry holds a MEng. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with French (First Class Honours) from the University of Manchester and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Dadié Tayoraud

Executive Director

Dadié is the Chief Operations Officer of Injaro Investments Limited. Prior to co-founding IIL, Dadié had been an active investor and advisor in agricultural SMEs and was a business development manager at Voodoo Group, a leading communications company in francophone West Africa. As a business development manager, he guided companies to achieve their growth and expansion goals. This includes defining and executing a US$1mregional rollout for a marketing and communications company spanning several West and Central African countries. Dadié serves on the board of several companies in multiple West African countries including Ghana, Mali, Niger and Côte d’Ivoire. Dadié began his career as Assistant Financial Controller at Hotel Ivories Inter-Continental and was later a business development professional in New York for Henry Schein, a worldwide distributor of medical, dental products and services, and veterinary supplies. He is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d'Abidjan and holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mirabelle Moreaux

Executive Director

Mirabelle is an Investment Director at Injaro where she leads investment transactions and helps companies to perform better. Prior to Injaro, she was an Engagement Manager at Booz & Company, a global management consulting firm. Her previous experience involved advising top businesses, governments and organizations in the USA, Middle East and North Africa. She focused on formulating and implementing strategic and operational improvements for clients in the agriculture, health, financial services, public and non-profit sectors. Mirabelle also worked with Abt Associates Inc., a socio-economic policy research and consulting firm in Washington, DC. At Abt, she evaluated health, education and social programs funded by foundations, federal and state governments. Mirabelle graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Grinnell College and the London School of Economics with a BA in Economics and French. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
