Asutifi Processing and Services Centre Ltd (APSC) is a pepper and ginger processing factory located in the Ahafo Region.

The factory was established to ensure a ready market for the ginger and pepper farmers in the Ahafo mining communities to reduce post-harvest losses and create sustainable livelihoods for these farmers.

After a halt in operations in 2018 due to inadequate raw materials and a lack of ready market for products, Injaro was to revamp the company to ensure long-term viability and sustainability.

We offered comprehensive factory revamping services, including stakeholder engagements, building renovations oversight, equipment upgrades, staff recruitment and training, administrative systems setup, and regulatory compliance to optimize operations. Additionally, we developed outgrower schemes to enhance supply chain sustainability to align project goals.

The factory is now operational and producing chili and ginger flakes and powder for offtakers and the retail market.
