Andrew leads the Corporate Social Investments (CSI) advisory practice at Injaro. He is responsible for supporting multinational firms to deliver sustainable and impactful economic transformation solutions using private sector-led approaches.
His eighteen years of consulting and project management experience spans the defence, education, extractives, insurance, and media sectors. He was part of the core team that successfully executed the National Security Personnel System (NSPS), a project affecting over 75,000 civilian US Navy employees across the globe. For the project, Andrew represented the US Navy on the Department of Defence working group based out of the Pentagon. He has also led private sector development work streams in the international development sector.
Prior to Injaro, Andrew was Managing Director at Growth Mosaic, where, among other things, he led the team to prepare businesses to scale and to be ready for investment through programs such as the Kosmos Innovation Center, Deep Dive Africa, and the Ghana Climate Innovation Center.
Andrew is a certified project management professional (PMP). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, and a master’s degree in Financial Economics from American University in Washington, DC.
